At Foxstow, we understand that construction programmes do not always run exactly as planned. If an agreed delivery date needs to change, we work with the Project Manager or site team to agree a revised date around the wider project programme.
Where possible, we can also hold completed cabinetry at our workshop for a reasonable period if the site is not yet ready to receive it. Storage arrangements are considered on a project-by-project basis, depending on the circumstances and the amount of space required.
If cabinetry is damaged in transit, we will assess the issue and arrange the most appropriate repair or replacement. Where damage occurs after delivery to site, we can also assist with repairs or replacements, with any associated costs considered based on the circumstances.
Similarly, if an item requires adjustment or replacement, we will assess the issue and determine the most appropriate solution. This may involve making adjustments on site, returning an item to our workshop, or manufacturing a replacement. The response and any associated costs are considered on a project-by-project basis.
