Bespoke Cabinetry for the
Trade & Professionals

For Builders, Main Contractors, Architects & Interior Designers

At Foxstow, we work with builders, main contractors, architects, and interior designers delivering residential & commercial projects across the UK.

We manufacture made-to-order kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, boot rooms, utility rooms, studies, and bespoke fitted joinery from our Oxfordshire workshop. From individual cabinetry elements to complete whole-house schemes, we work alongside professional teams to turn drawings and design intent into finished joinery.

Send us your drawings at any stage of the project, and we will review the requirements and discuss the best approach.

    Standard Carcasses

A high-end finish does not always require a fully bespoke cabinetry build.

Foxstow manufactures bespoke doors, drawer fronts and panels designed to work with IKEA METOD, PAX, Howdens and other standard carcass systems. This gives builders, developers and designers greater flexibility when working to a defined budget while still achieving a tailored, considered finish.

Hybrid schemes are a regular part of our work. A project might combine standard carcasses in some areas with a fully bespoke island, feature joinery or fitted furniture elsewhere. We can maintain consistency across the scheme through coordinated colours, finishes, profiles and detailing.

This approach can be particularly useful for:

    • Projects with a fixed budget and a high-end design brief
    • Developments or schemes involving multiple units
    • Refits where standard cabinetry offers the right starting point
    • Projects that require bespoke feature elements alongside more cost-efficient cabinetry

We also supply bespoke doors and components directly for professionals who already have a cabinetry system in place.

    Working With Builders &
    Main Contractors

We work as part of wider residential builds and understand that cabinetry needs to fit around the programme, other trades and site conditions.

We can work from your existing drawings, schedules and specifications, or develop the cabinetry package where further technical input is required. Before production, we issue drawings for review and sign-off so the scope is agreed before anything goes into manufacture.

We Can Support Your Project With:

    • Supply-only cabinetry nationally, or supply and installation within approximately 50 miles of our Freeland workshop.
    • Site surveys and templating at the appropriate stage of the build
    • Production scheduled from approved drawings
    • Typical lead times and production dates agreed at the outset of each project
    • Delivery to site throughout the UK
    • Technical coordination with worktops, appliances, electrics and other trades
    • A clear point of contact throughout the project

If an item is damaged or does not fit as specified, we will investigate the issue and agree the required remedial work or replacement without unnecessary delays.

We assign a dedicated project manager to each project, who remains your main point of contact from concept through to delivery.

    Working With Architects &
    Interior Designers

Foxstow works with architects and interior designers to turn design intent into manufactured and installed joinery.

We work from developed specifications and drawings, while also providing technical input during earlier design stages where required. This may involve resolving proportions, material choices, construction details, appliance integration or the practical requirements of installation.

Our work is not limited to one house style.

Alongside more traditional cabinetry, we manufacture contemporary, handleless, panelled, reeded and highly detailed fitted furniture in a wide range of colours and finishes. Every project is made to order, allowing the cabinetry to respond to the architecture and interior rather than being limited by a fixed product range.

    We can join a project:
    • At concept stage
    • During design development
    • At tender stage
    • Once the cabinetry package is already fully defined

The aim is straightforward: to carry the design through manufacture without losing the proportions and details that made the original scheme work.

    Finishes, Materials, & Samples

Materials and finishes often determine whether a cabinetry scheme feels integrated with the wider interior. We work with professionals to develop and match finishes that support the overall specification.

We supply our professional clients with sample sets and bespoke project samples to keep in their offices, making it easier to refer back to Foxstow finishes during future projects and client discussions.

For more specific schemes, we can also produce bespoke samples based on the proposed colour and profile.

    Drawings, Coordination,
    & Sequencing

Good joinery depends on more than the finished cabinetry. It also needs to coordinate with the people and systems around it.

We develop and issue the information needed to take the cabinetry package through to production and installation. Depending on the project, this may include:

    • Cabinetry elevations
    • Sections and detail drawings
    • Dimensioned setting-out information
    • Information for electrical positioning
    • Coordination for stone or worktop templating
    • Appliance integration
    • Boiling water taps and specialist equipment
    • Wine cabinets and integrated refrigeration
    • Hardware and client-specified handles
    • Lighting integration and cable management

Drawings can be issued in PDF and DWG formats, and are prepared for review with both the professional team and end client.

The details inside the cabinetry matter too. Carcass finishes, drawer interiors and internal fittings can all be specified to suit the project.

    How We Work Alongside You

When you introduce Foxstow to a client, your relationship remains central to the project.

We respect the relationship you have with your client. We work through the builder, architect, or designer who has brought us into the project and won’t approach your client directly during or after the scheme.

How visible Foxstow is within the client relationship is up to you. We can:

    • Attend client meetings alongside you
    • Provide technical support in the background
    • Work directly with your project team while you remain the main client contact
    • Support white-label or confidential arrangements where required

Professionals and their clients are also welcome to visit our workshop and offices in Oxfordshire. Bring your client along if helpful and meet the people involved in the project, including our directors and designers.

Where a completed project is photographed or published, we are happy to credit the architect or interior design studio involved. Images can also be shared for your own portfolio, and we can contribute to or coordinate professional photography where appropriate.

    Flexible Scope

Foxstow can support projects at different levels of involvement.

    This may include:

    • Full supply of bespoke cabinetry
    • Supply and installation
    • Whole-house fitted joinery schemes
    • Kitchens and utility rooms
    • Boot rooms and studies
    • Bedrooms and fitted wardrobes
    • Bathroom cabinetry
    • Doors, drawer fronts and panels
    • Made-to-measure components for third-party cabinetry systems
    • Bespoke islands and feature joinery

Our projects often cover several rooms within the same property, allowing materials, proportions, and detailing to remain consistent throughout the interior.

Everything is made to order in our Oxfordshire workshop. We do not operate from a fixed cabinetry range, so each project can be developed around the specific requirements of the scheme.

    Supporting Projects Across the UK

While we’re based in Oxfordshire, our location doesn’t limit where we can work. We regularly support projects further afield and will discuss delivery, installation, and site requirements as part of the planning process.

We can supply bespoke cabinetry to projects nationwide, with supply and installation available within approximately 50 miles of our Freeland workshop.

    Recent Work

Bespoke blue shaker kitchen with marble worktops, brass handles and large skylight

    The Field End House

For this Oxfordshire property, Foxstow worked with HollandGreen’s architectural drawings to develop joinery in detail around how each room would be used. The project included the kitchen, utility and boot room, living spaces, wine storage, fitted wardrobes, a dressing room, and bathroom vanities. Careful planning allowed useful storage to be incorporated into tight spaces while keeping the joinery cohesive across the home.

    Bloxham Mill

Working alongside DuCroz Architects, Foxstow helped transform Bloxham Mill into a more contemporary and flexible post-COVID workspace. The project included bespoke solid oak screening, private acoustic pods, the distinctive oak and walnut Amoeba table, and a hard-wearing kitchen with flat-panel, J-groove doors.

    Mirror Pavilion

    Mirror Pavilion

Created in collaboration with DuCroz Architects for Bruern Events, the Mirror Pavilion is a transportable venue inspired by 1930s cabaret clubs and traditional Spiegeltents. Foxstow designed and manufactured the timberwork, seating booths, and gold fretwork, developing the details through 3D modelling and full-scale mock-ups. The joinery also had to be fully demountable, combining detailed design with the practical needs of a structure built to travel.
