Maidenhead Townhouse

In the heart of Maidenhead, we were commissioned to design and deliver a bespoke kitchen that balanced timeless craftsmanship with contemporary luxury. The client envisioned a space that combined classic shaker detailing with bold finishes and practical, modern features.

The design centres on a rich palette of materials and textures. Farrow & Ball Studio Green cabinetry sets the foundation, creating depth and sophistication, while brushed bronze taps and handles add warmth and a subtle metallic contrast. These finishes were chosen to elevate the shaker framework and highlight the bespoke craftsmanship.

At the heart of the kitchen stands a stained oak shaker-style island This statement unit features bespoke pilasters, integrated shelving, and practical drawers, blending elegance with function. Its stained oak finish introduces natural warmth that complements the darker studio green cabinetry.

A custom framework supports the island, topped with a beautifully veined white marble worktop. The marble not only provides a luxurious surface but also enhances the sense of light in the room, offsetting the richness of the oak and green cabinetry.
